Probably no one could have done anything significant for the country in a week. I lived in my life both in a small village and in a big city. Of course, the difference is huge, in terms of society and quality of life. I would like to somehow reduce that huge difference between a small village and a big city.

My name is Khatuntseva Gulnaz. I am a bronze medalist at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in track cycling in Madison discipline. I was born in the village, because I had a desire to look at the champions, I went to Moscow, after which I decided to stay in the capital and also go in for sports professionally. I was brought to this place by the desire to prove first of all to myself that the birth of a child 1.5 years before the Olympics is not the end of a sports career, but in my case maybe the beginning. I give my best every day in training I grew in results. And thus reached the Olympiad and took bronze at my first Olympiad. The main thing is to believe in yourself and go to your goal!
