Addu City, a city in the Maldives, comprises the inhabited islands at Addu Atoll. This is the southernmost atoll of the archipelago. Addu City, the second-largest metropolitan area in the Maldives in terms of its population, is also one of two urban areas that have been granted the title of “city” after Male and Fuvahmulah, the capital cities. Six districts make up Addu City. These are Hithadhoo (Maradhoo–Feydhoo), Maradhoo–Feydhoo, Marathon, Feydhoo, Feydhoo, Hulhudhoo, and Meedhoo. These divisions are natural islands but are connected. Addu Atoll also has uninhabited islands.

Dhidhdhoo, the capital of Haa Alif Atoll, is in the Maldives. The 2nd most populated place in the north, after Kulhudhuffushi City. Dhidhdhoo, located in the middle of the atoll, is managed by the Dhidhdhoo Island Council and the Local Government Authority. This island has one of the lowest crime rates in the nation, despite being home to 10 of the most populated islands.

Baa Atoll’s capital is Eydhafushi. It is located south of Baa Atoll (Southern Maalhosmadulu Atoll, Maalhosmadulu Dhekunuburi). It is home to the largest population of the atoll, as well as most government offices and public facilities.

Felidhu Atoll, also known as Felidhe Atoll, is a Maldivian natural atoll. It is the administrative atoll with the lowest population. It is 40 miles (35 mi, 64 km) from the capital, Male. You can reach it by speedboat in 90 minutes or slow boat in 5 hours.

The Vaavu Atoll administrative subdivision includes two geographical atolls: Felidhu Atoll and the small egg-shaped Vattaru reef. It is approximately 6 miles (9 km) across.

Fuvahmulah City (atoll) is an island in the Maldives. It falls under the Maldives administrative divisions Nyaviyani Atoll and Gnaviyani Atoll. It is home to a unique form of Dhivehi, called “Fuvahmulaki baha.”
Fuvahmulah is the name of an island that contains Areca nut palms. Fuvah is the local language. This nut is also used to name other places around the globe, such as Penang, Malaysia, Guwahati, Assam, and India.

Although Mulah could have been the original name, it was renamed Fuvahmulah to distinguish it from Boli Mulah (another island in the ancient Maldives).
