Papua New Guinea
Remove The Limitations And Barriers
Papua New Guinea (officially the Independent State of Papua New Guinea) is a country located in Oceania. It consists of the eastern half of New Guinea’s island and the offshore Melanesia islands. Port Moresby, the country’s capital, is located on its southeastern coastline. It is home to the third-largest island nation in the world, covering 462,840 km2 (178 700 sq mi).
After being ruled over by three foreign powers since 1884 and a national government, Papua New Guinea gained independence in 1975. It was almost 60 years since the Australian government began, and it started in World War I. In 1975, it became an independent Commonwealth realm with Elizabeth II as its queen. It became an independent member of the Commonwealth of Nations.
Papua New Guinea is among the most linguistically diverse nations in the world. The country is home to 851 languages, 11 of which are unknown. It is also the most rural country, with only 13.25% living in urban areas. The majority of the more than 8,000,000 inhabitants live in orthodox communities. These communities are just as diverse as the languages. It is one of the least visited countries in terms of culture and geography. There are numerous uncontacted groups in the country, and researchers believe that there are many unknown species of animals and plants within its interior.
