I have always been very outspoken against GBV. Your body is your home, no one has the right to damage that sacred place of yours. Through GBV I have also started working with S-CAPE. S-CAPE, founded in 2010, is a faith-based, non-profit organization located in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa. S-CAPE is a safe home that desires to bring holistic restoration to women coming out of human trafficking and exploitation by providing victims with physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual care.
Its mission is to provide safe shelter, basic necessities, and individualized therapeutic and empowerment services for victims of human trafficking and sexual exploitation to walk in freedom and power.
Through working with Unseen International charity we will be working with LUCA, for which I am really very excited. LUCA wants every child in South Africa despite of their religion, status, race, or gender to be who they were created to be! Their goal is to create a safe space for the next generation to be their authentic selves, a space where they can learn, be creative, dream, and accomplish. Mentoring the next generation through skills development and life coaching. Being active and realistic role models within our communities. Celebrating a new era of individuality. - Relationship Status

I was inspired by the very beautiful Angela Ponce Miss Spain when she said “I don’t have to win Miss Universe I just have to be here.” If you desire to make a difference in the world, then you must be different from the world.
I am now entering Unseen International, the world’s first gender-neutral pageant. To redefine the definition of beauty and recondition the minds of our fellow human beings to that of acceptance, diversity, and uniqueness. Unseen International pageant is an unconventional pageant hosted nationally and predominantly online. It emphasizes the redefinition of beauty in the industry by focusing solely on the inner heart and soul of each individual and how they can make an impactful difference in their local communities.
Unseen Internationa is founded in South Africa, and is open to anyone all over the world. I find everything about this pageant encouraging. This pageant delivers a strong message and challenges how we see the world, making it one of the best pageants.
In South Africa, we have one of the most liberal constitutions regarding gender laws, but we are not yet seeing a positive representation on a national level. I aim through the Unseen platform to open doors for trans women in our country to be seen for their worth and not for being a fetish, freak, unworthy, or an embarrassing faction to be swept under the carpet and not being seen. To stand up and allow others hope and opportunity of doing even better things in time to come.
Trans women have been in pageants since 2021, but there is still much discrimination around it, as I was told by other pageant organizations that trans people are not seen as role models. Transgender representation in media is vital in order to give visibility to the transgender community. Transgender representation can only be improved, when conceptions of gender are regularly challenged in popular culture.
Imagine That You Have Been Selected As An Influential Person Of Country For A Week. What Do You Plan To Do For The Country In Just A Week?
There is so much to do, but I would take the week to drive focus on motivating and inspiring South Africans, no matter their life choices or scars to be unapologetic in recognizing ourselves as massive forces in society.
We don’t want more victims, we want equality, respect, and freedom. Inclusion means we don’t have to leave part of ourselves at the door in order to have a seat at the table, so others can feel comfortable.
We face much corruption in our government, to inspire within them that leadership is not about being in charge but leadership is about looking after those in our charge. They have the power.
Mental health is something that is at the forefront of society today in our country. Medical aid doesn’t even allow for treatment from mental health doctors. These are conversations that are important to start. It is okay to be not able to cope at times, we all need a little help along life’s journey. Life is challenging from an early age, pressures of everyday life are mounting, and coping mechanisms and skills should be implemented.
Brief Story – What Got You Where You Are Today?
Persistence, consistency, faith, and support from family and friends have made me the person I am today. “A man cannot be comfortable without his own approval.” (Mark Twain)
I use the past as a motivator to draw strength from, shape me, and keep me moving forward. The knowledge of who I am allowed me to gain confidence in my space. I challenge myself to pursue that which lightens up my soul, instead of draining it. To find pockets of joy each day, in who I am, and the beauty the world offers if I only choose to see it. There is a sunset and sunrise every day, don’t miss too many of them.
Design and making garments, I have always had a great love for dressing up, making something myself that’s different and suits me. At a very young age, I realized the power of looking good and feeling great. It’s my superpower, to transform people, making them look great and authentic. Painting art has been a passion of mine since childhood, it has helped me a lot in learning makeup. Baking is something I do to relax, and the results bring joy to those who are sharing in my offering. I have recently started to redo Barbie dolls, been playing with them forever, and now my skills are much better than when I was a young kid.
We spend so much time searching for that one person to make us happy, we need to take a good look in the mirror, that person is right there staring at us. Healing is not fixing yourself, it’s a discovery of yourself, bringing all parts of you into one magnificent being. Embracing all you are, your truth. But before the truth can set you free, you have to recognize the lie which is holding you hostage.
Never allow yourself to be bullied into silence, never allow yourself to be made a victim. Realizing your power in the situation and taking deliberate action is the solution.
I gave myself the opportunity to thrive and let go of fear, a mind that told me I couldn’t. Celebrate what you are, by staying committed to your version of your best life – accepting no one’s definition of your life, but defining yourself. Our thoughts and actions, paint the canvas of our lives, it is what you create and achieve that makes life beautiful.
Who Is The Most Inspiring Person In Your Life?
I am truly inspired by the women all around me. The greatest women I have met have the most colorful pasts, led a life of risk, bad choices, lessons learned, life explored, and are not afraid of being real. Women living real lives, the sacrifices they make for their families are often unnoticed. Guiding and shaping the future, is so often underestimated and undervalued.
Their inner strength and resilience. How often does a woman sit in her car or shower and cry as she carries the world – when she shows her face, she looks untouched, manages to sport a beautiful smile, and carries on like she’s fine. Women are the most resilient creatures, we should appreciate them.
You decide who you are and what you are by the way you dress and the way you want to live your life. Turn up everything, your magic, your gratitude, your voice, and your love. Keep going, keep doing what you love, and do what you can with what you have. You will rise, you will grow, and you will dream again. This is dedicated to every human who looks different and who feels different. I see you, I feel you, I am you. Stay different, embrace who you are, love yourself, own your authenticity, and live your life beautifully. Be a voice and speak hope.
