Student - Idea Of Happiness And Success
My idea of happiness and success is when you are in a place in life where you feel that you have achieved what you want. Of course, you will always have new goals you want to achieve. However, genuine happiness and success for me are when I have peace of mind and know that everything will go well even though everything around me is in chaos. Happiness and success are when you put yourself first and know that you deserve everything good and do not tolerate anything or anyone putting you down.
- Goals / Aspirations
In the future, I dream of helping young girls in countries such as Afghanistan, where women have almost no rights, to get a good education and a good job and thus a better future.
I also hope to start my own health and fitness business. In addition, I like to perform and therefore hope to also be able to work in the entertainment industry in the future. - Who Is The Most Inspiring Person In Your Life And How?
My biggest role model is my cousin in Afghanistan Watia. She is a young woman in her twenties who is very passionate about getting an education and being a role model for women in Afghanistan. Afghanistan is a country where women do not have many rights or an opportunity to get an education. At Watia’s age, all her sisters had already found a husband, married, and had children. They all dropped out of their study program because they saw no reason to educate themselves because women still do not have the opportunity to get a good job in Afghanistan. Watia is very different from her sisters. She has chosen not to get married at the moment and she does not want to get married until she has completed her education and built a career. Right now she is studying international business, but at the same time, she is also studying journalism. In Afghanistan, it often happens that journalists are killed, and it happens even more often now that the Taliban has taken over. However, my cousin refuses to give up on becoming a journalist. Before the Taliban took over, she was often interviewed. In her interviews, she tells, among other things, how she as a woman has struggled to be able to study two educations at the same time. At the same time, she struggles to normalize that it’s okay to be a woman in her twenties who’s not married. She is often criticized for not being married, and many men (both classmates and professors) in her education look down on her. However, she does not give up. Even though she is ignored when she reaches out her hand in class and when her male classmates will not listen to what she has to say, she successfully continues her education. She has the highest average in both her educations. She spends almost all of her time reading and doing homework. Of course, she also helps her mother with cooking, cleaning, and looking after her younger siblings. What I admire most about her is how she handles her busy day without going down with stress. She wakes up early in the morning to study, clean, and cook. Next, she goes to school, where she first studies international business and in the afternoon she goes on to another school to study journalism. When she gets home in the evening she does her household chores and then she studies until midnight. Watia is my role model because she never gives up no matter how hard life is. When I feel like giving up, I think of Watia. Watia motivates me to keep fighting for my dreams no matter how hard it is. She is my greatest role model and I am very proud to be able to call her my cousin. - What Is Your Idea Of Happiness And Success?

Imagine That You Have Been Selected As An Influential Person Of Country For a Week. What Do You Plan To Do For The Country In Just a Week?
I want to use my title to spread my message that all women are different and that beauty is very subjective. I want to use my title to show that all bodies are different and that it’s okay not to live up to today’s beauty ideals. I want to make women aware that even I do not live up to all of today’s beauty ideals. I want to show them that you do not have to have a perfect body to feel good enough, and just show them how beauty comes from within. I want to show them why beauty not only has something to do with looks but also has something to do with your abilities and talents. As something of the most important, I want to use my title to make women aware that beauty ideals are constantly changing and therefore there is no reason to try to live up to them. It may be that having big breasts and butt is a beauty ideal at the moment, but it has not always been popular. Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, for example, it was ideal to be very slim. I want to use my title to address today’s problems such as the “that girl” trend on TikTok. If I get the chance, I will participate in a reality show where I explain the problems of today’s beauty ideals and show how today’s influencers edit their images to live up to the beauty ideals, but in reality, none of them look like that. Furthermore, I think that many famous people and influencers, in general, idolize their everyday lives and make it more productive and “beautiful” than it actually is, which means that many people and especially women begin to compare their own lives with the influencer’s life. This leads to them feeling compelled to live up to the standards created by the influencers, and if they do not, they feel unproductive or bored, which often leads to depression and anxiety. If I was elected, I would use my title to show people what a realistic everyday life actually looks like, and I would use my title to address this problem of the “ideal everyday life.”
I also want to use my title to show that beauty is much more than just one’s appearance. Today, there is so much focus on how one should look, which means, for example, that especially young girls spend a lot of time worrying about whether they can afford to buy the right clothes and makeup. This means that many of them get a student job and therefore do not have as much time for school. I want to use my title to raise awareness about this issue and explain to young girls why education is more important than anything else. Of course, I think it’s important to dress nicely and buy good makeup, but it does not have to be clothes and makeup for several thousand dollars. Unfortunately, not all young girls understand that the clothing brand and the makeup brand are not as important as the quality. I will use my title to start my business and sell and produce good quality clothes and makeup at a cheap price. Of course, I understand well that especially young girls want to buy “famous” brands and therefore I want to use my platform to spread awareness about my products and reach a wider audience.
What Got You Where You Are Today?
When I was younger, I was very insecure about myself. I was bullied at school and always came home with wounds because the other children would hit me. I was always told that I was ugly and unintelligent and that I would never achieve anything in life. Although their words made me insecure, I never gave up. I studied a lot and got into my dream university and into my dream education. I studied day and night and had to drop many events and parties to study. However, I did not just drop all the fun because I needed to study. I spent my free time improving myself. I started exercising and eating healthy. After many years of low self-esteem and the feeling of not being worth anything, I finally built self-confidence. I became Miss Denmark Top 30 Finalist, and I won the award for the best brand ambassador. Being part of Miss Denmark required that I post a lot on social media, which was very uncomfortable for me because I was cyber-bullied in primary school. However, I realized that it does not matter what people write or say about me and what people think of me. In addition, I have also started my own YouTube Channel where I post workout videos. I always wanted to start a YouTube channel, but I never dared because I was afraid of what people would think of me and I was afraid of being bullied again. However, I gathered the courage and did it, because I realized that people’s opinion is just an opinion. As long as I do something that makes me happy, it does not matter what people’s opinion of me is.
Social Work / Charity (Supported / Would Like To Support)
I have made a fundraiser for children’s education in countries in crisis in collaboration with Save the Children Denmark. Personally, I find education very important because your education is crucial to your future. In Denmark, we are so lucky that even without an education, the welfare state will ensure that we still have as good a future as possible, but this is not the case in crisis-stricken countries. In Denmark, we have the opportunity to get an education at any time in life and our economic and social status has no influence on what kind of education we can get. When you live in such an opportunity-filled and peaceful country, you sometimes forget that there are countries affected by crises where children do not have the same opportunities and where their education is crucial for their future. Therefore, it is important to give children in crisis-stricken countries the opportunity to get an education.
Afghanistan, for example, is a country in crisis. My father’s part of the family is from Afghanistan, and in Afghanistan, it matters a lot whether a girl goes to school or not. In Afghanistan, the situation is such that not all parents have the opportunity to let their children attend school. Personally, I have some cousins who really want to go to school, but they simply can not, both because women’s opportunities are very limited in Afghanistan, and also because not everyone in our family got the money to let their children attend school. It, therefore, warms my heart that Save the Children is an organization whose goal is to help all children to get an education. Save the Children have helped more than 10 million children in Afghanistan to finally get the opportunity to go to school and their contribution has contributed to the fact that today there are 30% more girls in Afghanistan who go to school.
Any Personal Message That You Would Like To Share
You should never put anyone other than yourself first. You should never care about the opinions of people you barely know. If you want to do something then do it! It’s better to do it now, though it is out of your comfort zone than to regret it in the future. People may have opinions about it but who cares? An opinion is just an opinion. People’s opinions do not define you or your worth.
