The founder, Mr. Khan, of Sharina World, was honored and recognized by Wall Street Journal in 2013 as one of the world’s most promising business leaders. Mr. Khan was born in the USA and has extensively traveled and worked throughout Asia, Africa, North America, Europe, and Australia.

Mr. Khan is a progressive leader, operational strategist, and trusted advisor. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) professional. He belongs to a family of physicians and global entrepreneurs. His experiences include working over 10 years as a Global Leader for International Business Machines (IBM) and General Motors (GM) – Fortune 500 companies (Largest United States Corporations), which helped him establish global connections. He also has experience working as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a construction company, information technology company, and a chain of urgent care and primary care centers. His strengths include developing and implementing financial strategies, internal controls, and processes, including working capital management, preparing and analyzing budgets, and driving profitability through accurate and timely forecasting and financial reporting that enables optimal business decisions. Mr. Khan is experienced in providing assurance to the board of directors and management with an independent and objective assessment of the system of internal controls and complying with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

After graduating from the Executive Master of Business Administration program from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School – Chapel Hill, Mr. Khan in support with the Board of Advisors established Sharina World to provide a secure and quality global platform for education, skills training, inspiration, empowerment, health care, accounting services, networking, recognition, and success.

Sahil Khan

Chief Development Director

Ms. Khan is the Chief Development Director of Sharina World. Her background includes attending Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), One of New York City’s premier public institutions recognized internationally for design, fashion, art, and communication. She also has multiple years of healthcare experience. FIT’s fashion students have been known for always being on the cutting edge of style.

Ms. Khan’s unique combination of healthcare and fashion and design experience is an asset for Sharina World in establishing a Global Beauty and Talent Recognition Brand.

Olga Perstneva

Chief Program Director

Olga Perstneva, Chief Program Director of Sharina World, has years of experience as an economist and a successful entrepreneur. She has participated in numerous fashion shows and managed business operations in France, Finland, and Russia.

Ms. Perstneva is passionate about the Sharina World Project and is spearheading efforts to achieve the mission of globally empowering people by providing education, skills training, improved health care, and platform for success.

Dr. Faika Khan

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Khan is the Chief Medical Officer of Sharina World. She is an award winning practicing Physician who is also the President and Founder of UrgentWay, which provides superior medical care with six locations in New York, USA.

Dr. Khan comes from a family of physicians and lives in Long Island New York. She was born and raised in New Jersey and graduated with honors from Saint Peter’s college New Jersey and received her Doctor of Osteopathic degree from New York college of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Khan has a passion for helping people feel their best, and she uses a collaborative approach with patients at her group practices where they manage over 50,000 lives per year in the New York Metro area. She strongly believes in listening to, connecting with, and educating her patients so that they feel empowered in their care and find solutions that fit their lives, budgets, and lifestyles.

Dr. Sevinc Sixaliyeva

Health Advisor

Dr. Sixaliyeva is the Health Advisor of Sharina World. She is an award winning practicing Physician who has worked and lived in Azerbaijan, France, Georgia, Mongolia, Russia, Thailand, Turkey, and Ukraine.

Therefore, caring for skin should be essential, day in and day out.” Dr. Sixaliyeva’s dynamic and caring personality, extensive medical training, global work experience, and expertise in skin care, cosmetics, and hair care creates and sustains an exceptional health service.

Dr. Olesia Sytnikova

Beauty Advisor

Dr. Sytnikova is the Beauty Advisor of Sharina World. She worked in Ukraine for 5 years in the surgical department of obstetrics and is currently the business owner of  a medical center focusing on aesthetic medicine for the last 15 years.

Dr. Sytnikova loves her profession because she helps women become more confident and even more beautiful than they were before. Additionally, she enjoys her job especially when she sees her clients happy and grateful.

Shandana Babar

Marketing Officer

Ms. Babar is the Marketing Officer of Sharina World. She has a Masters in Business Administration from Preston University.

Ms. Babar’s interests include the field of nutrition and fashion. Good nutrition increases your energy level, improves your well-being, and reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, some cancers, and osteoporosis.

Ms. Babar loves to travel as well, and has lived in United Kingdom, Dubai, and Pakistan.

Sheila Flanagan

CPA, CFE, CRMA, and MBA

Contributions Director

Sheila Flanagan spent several years in GM’s corporate audit staff leading and executing financial, operational, and compliance audits, investigations, and consultative projects. She began her career at Ernst & Young working as an external auditor and senior consultant in the Assurance and Financial Investigation and Dispute Service practices.

Ms. Flanagan received a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Michigan University.  Ms. Flanagan is passionate about women realizing their potential and proactively taking actions to achieve their dreams.

Linda Benallal

Fashion Designer

Ms. Benallal, Fashion Designer of Sharina World, has years of experience in the fashion industry and has worked with many clients ranging from celebrities to beauty pageants. She has achieved worldwide success as a fashion designer and an entrepreneur. She established the brand Innocent Touch, a luxurious collection of clothing and accessories, in Paris in 2013.

Ms. Benallal is widely recognized as a style icon and an accomplished fashion designer and influencer. She has the vision and experience to support, promote, and reinforce the fashion business by helping the forthcoming architects, craftsmen, and business visionaries.

Alia Rabi

Relationship Officer

Ms. Rabi is the Relationship Officer of Sharina World. She completed her Law education from Jordan and has over 10 years of experience in the guest relations field. Her experiences include overseeing sales for Kempinski Hotel, Le Royal Hotel, Peugeot- Al Khayyat group, ARAMCCO in Germany, and DAMAC properties.
