Brief Story – What Got You Where You Are Today?

My persistence, some people believe pains from life’s challenges break and make a person bitter and cold-hearted, in my case, it’s the opposite, I’ve watched someone I loved so much (my sister) struggle and die in my arms in the hospital bed, also In my final year in the university, I almost lost my both parents to sickness too, I was taking care of both of them in the hospital and I was traumatized that period having lost someone to sickness, the good news is that they both survived and I came out of the experience stronger, wiser and more relatable. The next year I contested for the beauty of Africa international pageant and won, I took up “good health“ as my advocacy because of my experiences, this good health is not only limited to physical health but also the mental health of humans.  As a title holder, I still use my platform to reach out to people and let them know their health is their greatest asset and I won’t back down till my voice is heard across the globe.
