Guam
Remove The Limitations And Barriers
Guam is an unincorporated and unorganized territory of the United States, located in the Pacific Ocean Micronesia area. It is the U.S.’s westernmost point and environment (reckoned at the geographical center). In Oceania, it is the largest and southernmost of the Mariana Islands and the largest island in Micronesia. Guam’s capital, Hagatna, is located. Dededo is the largest village.
Guam was one of the five American jurisdictions that occupied the Pacific Ocean before World War II. It was also home to Wake Island in Micronesia (American Samoa), Hawaii in Polynesia (Hawaii in Polynesia), and the Philippines. The Japanese occupied Guam for two and a half hours on December 8, 1941, just hours after Pearl Harbor was attacked. Guamanians were forced to work, incarcerated, tortured, and executed during the Japanese occupation. Liberation Day was when American forces captured Guam on July 21, 1944. Tourism and the U.S. army have supported Guam’s economy since the 1960s. Guam is considered a strategic asset.
